As an Independent Contractor, training is not paid and is conducted through Arise. Training usually lasts about 3/4 weeks.
By week 3, (depending on how the client has your training set up) you will start to earn your hourly wage, called "Earn as you Learn".
How does that work? You will be still in class but for the last 2 hours of class, you will go live and take calls for 2 hours and come back to class either that same day or the next class day to discuss the experience.
Guess What? you will be getting paid for those 2 hours!
