Arise pays the IBOs twice a month before our scheduled pay periods. Bynes Staffing pays all independent contractors on the 1st and 16th of every month. It is not Bi-weekly, it is Semi-monthly. Please make sure you have completed all onboarding before you begin your training to avoid any delays on payday.
