Once you are into Arise fully: meaning selected a client, passed your background check, and you are waiting for training to start, your instructor will provide your logins for that client 1-3 days before class starts.
You will be assigned a QAPF (quality assurance program facilitator). That QAPF will be your #1 go-to right as training is ending. You will need their guidance during and after you begin taking mock and live calls. That same QAPF will have mandatory huddles.
Not showing up might hurt your performance but always stay in communication with the QAPF and Bynes Co in case of any emergencies.
