What are the reasons to dissolve a contract with a CSP?


  1. Inactivity / Non-compliance


Registering on the Arise platform, providing the appropriate documentation, selecting classes for training and selecting a client to service should be completed within the first week of signing up with The Bynes Company Office Solutions, LLC.


If you are not able to select a class due to an issue/or issues you’re having with the Arise portal or you’re experiencing documentation issues, please make sure that this is addressed with the HR manager.



Not moving forward as a Bynes contractor in a reasonable amount of time, will cause your profile to be terminated from our systems.


You can volunteer to elect to dissolve your contract/relationship with us by requesting it in writing. Once we receive your request, you will be removed from all of our systems. An email will go out to confirm.
