Why am I being asked to pay for another background check?

If you are prompted to pay for the Background Check during the enrollment process, there is not currently a passing result on file. If you recently started the process on another opportunity, you must wait for those results to clear to avoid further fees. 


Passing Background Check results will remain on file for 3 years.
