Background Check and Credit Freeze Issues?


Has it been more than 10+ days? If you are in the U.S. and have a credit freeze, there will be delays when completing your background check. You will need to temporarily lift your credit freeze for a minimum of 7 days for the third-party vendor to process your background check. 


Once the credit freeze has been removed, request a credit freeze reset by clicking the Request a Reset button in AVA on arise and filling out the form.
