Why is Compliance Important at BynesCo? [Back Office]


Compliance is extremely important for business growth. Enforcing compliance policies in a workplace can prevent you from violating any rules or regulations.

Keeping an effective system is important in achieving objectives for The Bynes company Office Solutions, LLC. Everyone that utilizes the HR portal is expected to comply with completing the checklists that were assigned to them. By continuously monitoring and reviewing our processes, we can identify issues and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the back office processes.


To prevent log in issues or usage unavailability, we are asking that your checklists are completed and up to par with company standards. This means that assigned checklists must be completed with completion at 100% on the contractor’s side within a few days of registering and accessing the portal. We realize checklists may be completed on the contractor’s side at 100% but are awaiting a response from the management team. If this is the case, you do not need to do anything.
