Does courier support include a customer portal?
Yes, all of our clients are given log in credentials at the time of service to our customer portal to track their orders.
The use of the customer portal provide transparency and visibility.
Here are some features:
- Let our customers see job progress in real-time
- Allow customers to view POP and POD
- Allow customers to download job sheet
- Minimize distractions (as customers are able to see progress in real-time there is no need to call and/or email the office to get job updates)
